Let His Kingdom Come in You!
Healing needed. This world is twisted up in trouble and suffering. The strongest Christians ever known would find the past 5 years’ world history formidable. Had a restless night lately? Humans are more likely to turn to temporary, ‘guilty’ pleasures (food, work, coffee, chocolate, rage, criticism, cigarettes, drama, etc.) than to turn to the way of salvation. Check the entertainment stats. Be grateful for the WORD of GOD. In the Bible, GOD gives detail allowing insight into current events and personal trials. Benevolent and loving Almighty GOD encourages a wonderful future for people who seek His grace. Living as the people of GOD, in accordance with His WORD, strengthens and heals as the Kingdom of GOD flourishes. Everything else besides is like garbage waste, burned in backyard heaps; trash. In the past few weeks, the heap has piled high. Collectively, we have experienced the loss of loved ones, the persecution of our faith and the economic uncertainty of a lust driven society. Such are the times, much grace is needed as hearts are easily broken. Everyone has good cause to be afraid, to cry, to feel alone in THIS world where even Christians fail to love. Healing needed? Open to matchless grace. How? Open GOD’s WORD and see. See Mary Magdalene’s heart healed as she received matchless grace at the sepulcher after Christ arose. “…Mary stood outside…weeping” See the tears flow from a broken heart. Tears flowing like the tears that burn our own faces from fear, pain and grief. Oh see the WORD of GOD! Let Christ arise in you. “Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou?” There with Mary and now today, Jesus Himself, the way of salvation cares as only He can; always with us to soothe and bear our suffering. Just like Mary, turn and see Jesus through the power that is granted for you in this very moment! Like Mary, turn and be drawn to seek GOD for the best outcomes. Focusing on Him and away from self-interests, well- this is where the rubber meets the road, the tread is worn thin and the sole feels the gravel; Raw. Raw, humanity becomes vulnerable and must call upon His name- Jesus. Fresh from wounding? Seek His kingdom where all broken hearts are healed; there in THE way of salvation. As Christ reveals Himself within His people, Holy Spirit leads us out of our misery, out to share His love with others; no holds barred.
“Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent Me, even so send I you. And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:”
Looking back: Daniel, prophet and man, prayed and directed his attention to GOD Almighty. Mary cried, a woman and believer, turned her eyes and saw GOD in Jesus, the Son. Jesus Christ, born Immanuel, GOD and Man prayed and directed His attention to GOD the Father. What about you? As troubles rise, here and now, let His Kingdom come in you. Seek GOD in His fullness, live and know His WORD. The Kingdom is yours.
